A great and historical decision was taken by the Al-Khamsa organization in their annual convention last week to recognize all the remaining Asil (purebred) Tahawy horses and consider them as "horses of interest" to the organization.

The organization that only lists horses with decendants in northern America decided to amend their bylaws (a two-years process) to fully recognize the Tahawy horses and include them on their prestigious roster. The immediate declaration of the Tahawy horses as horses of interest is made until the bylaws are amended as a quick measure to help saving these rare bloodlines that are at a critical state.
