Does anybody have informations about Moataz (Idrees x Moetazza) and his offspring. I also would enjoy photos!

Dear Mia,

here we go with two pics of KP Moataz, both by Kerstin Anders. As far as I know he was not heavily used here because of his rather coarse appearence. I don't know much about his progeny but I know of at least one quite refined son (out of Hania) KP Hadeer and a beautiful bay daughter Satazza (out of the black Samogha). But maybe someone can look up his progeny list on the VZAP-CD.

I followed his carrer for many years and No, he definetely was never advertised for being leased to the US.

Somewhere was a note that Moataz were leased to Erich Hagenlochers El Hilal Farm in California. But it was only a rumor.....

The ad must have been in an Araber Journal. If my memory serves me right, it was on the inside page of the cover.

Ausgabe 1/91 Seite 8 Das ist eine Deckanzeige für Hakeel Ibn Kaysoon, Malik El Nil, Hadeer und Moataz. Bei Moataz steht in Klammer: bis 1. Juni 1991, danach verpachtet in die USA. In der nachzuchtliste sind aber keine in den USA geborenen Fohlen. War er doch nicht weg?

Moataz war definitiv nie in den USA.

Moataz wurde nach Bayern verkauft, in die Nähe von Aschaffenburg an Edgar Griebel. Moataz war ein Geschenk von Edgars Frau zum Hochtzeitstag .
