News,

The great Straight egyptian stallion Ali Valentino is leaving Germany for a while, sad.gif ,

He is leased to Ariela arabians, Israel.

After a few busy breeding months at the stable from Frank Spönle, he will have the opportunity now to breed some excellent egyptian broodmares.
mareike
Hey,

this a nice chance for him to prove himself again, like he already did in Germany,.
Naughty Pine
rolleyes.gif Wow! All the best to "Valentino" in Israel. He is deffinately one of my favourites! I guess I am partial being that I have a very lovely daughter of his here in Canada.

Thank you for letting us know.

Hey,

I am also a big fan from him, i am sure that he will produce great babies ln Israel like he did in Europe.
Babs
I am sure he will have a great time in Israel with many beautiful girls who are waiting for him. Ali Valentino has achieved so much in realatively short time in Germany and it's good for him to get access to the beautiful mares of Ariela Arabians.
My best wishes to Ali.
Sho Shana Farm
I wish Ali Valentino the best of everything! His daughters are my beloved treasures such as Bint Valentino below who is due to foal to Magnificent KA shortly. Does Ariela Farm have a website where I can see their beautiful mares?
Katrien-Birthe
Hey,

I am not sure if Ariela arabians has a webside,
but you forsure always can contact the manager, namely Chen Cedar (chen.cedar@hotmail.com), if you have any questions.

We have by the way one of the nice mares at the farm here in Germany , Loubna, a beautifull imperial imdal daughter, she gets in mai an al maraam baby.

Shalom and Greetings from Israel!
We Israeli breeders are all eagerly waiting to see our first look of Ali Valentino when he arrives to Israel. Here at Idan Atiq some of our best mares are still "open" and waiting for a date.
Chen tells us that a website should be ready soon.....just be a bit more patient - they are putting on the finishing touches, and it should be worth waiting for..
Best of luck to Chen and to Ariela Arabians on leasing this impressive
stallion. He has much to offer to our Israeli mares and we wish him great success during his stay.

Hi,
Thank you all for your kind words about Ali Valentino, we are very exciting about his arrivel to Israel. Big thank-you to Gaby Weixelbaum from Hamra Arabians - Germany, for letting this beautiful horse came to our stud. It is a great honor for us.

I think Ali Valentino can be a super cross to our Imdal daughters, and to some of the great SE mares that other breeders have in Israel, and we have many.
We, at Ariela Arabians, are going to bred some of our best mares. I just want to mention some of them;
Tanjarah (Imdal x Bint Tuhotmos) 2002 Israeli National champion Mare
Luiba (Imdal x Imperial Kalatifa) 1997 Israeli National Champion Filly
Musaliha (Malik x Nil Nour) 1988 Israeli Reserve National Champion Filly and the dam of MOSALLI & MUSALIH
Nexr year we are going to bred with Ali our Al Maraam daughter Latifah AA - 2002 Israeli Reserve National Champion Filly.
I think this can be a great cross. Latifah is my personal favoured filly, in our stud.

Our website is going to be ready very soon, hopes within six weeks. Anyway; you can contact me though my e-mail;

Shalom and greetings from Israel and thanks everyone for all the wonderful information on Ali Valentino's winning get.
This has helped us to reach our decision in terms of breeding mares this year, and we are proud to announce that
we will be sending him three beautiful ladies during 2003. These include:

FA MAHFINA (Serr Rou x Mah Fina) - the only pure Babson mare in Israel and dam of several halter and race champions;
ASRA NAJUBA (Sheik el Nil x Asra Bint Narges) - a very elegant German import whose two foals to date have been rated
among our best homebreds; and
HORA B (Halim Shah I x 216 Haszuna cool.gif - the oldest of the Halim Shah I daughters in Israel, imported from Babolna and a halter winner at last years Israeli National Championship. Hora shows the quality and type for which the Halim
Shah daughters are justly famous.
Hopefully these mares will help Valentino feel "warmly welcomed" here in Israel!!

In addition, three other Babolna source mares will be bred to Ariela stallions this year. The maiden HILA B (Effendi B x Haniya cool.gif will go to Laheeb, who is now back from Poland and other European adventures - surely he needs no introduction. Our proven broodmares Al Hambra B (Salaa el Dine x 228 Ibn Galal I)
and 216 Haszuna B (Ansata Nile Pasha x 227 Ibn Galal I) will go to Al Maaram. We don't want to miss the opportunity to incorporate his blood into our herd before he is busy elsewhere.

Someone asked on this thread about the Ariela website. Chen was kind enough to let me have a quick preview of thw work in progress today ,
and, hey guys, its definitely worth waiting for....it simply bowled me over. Extremely professional, clean, user friendly, beautiful, and jampacked with photos and infomation on the horses - no "hype" - just the facts about what their program has accomplished to date around the world. It really makes one appreciate how this farm has heped improve the standard of Arabian horses not just in Israel, but on three continents.

In another month or so, with luck, this beautiful website should be complete.

All the best,

Tzviah

Thanks Chen,

for posting this wonderfull picture Aligance,
he is a real beauty.
I saw him that year in Paris, and he was one of my favorites, he is not only a pretty horse but he also has powerfull movements.
Maria
His type is very nice - but the frontlegs?
sad.gif
Ulf
I know the horse, it's just the photo. He would not have been a gold stallion at the stallion licensing with frontlegs faults. ohmy.gif
Maria
Oh, a gold ribbon does certainly not always mean the legs are correct.. I think ...

But I also know, that he had an accident when he was 2 oder 3 years old. Maybe that`s why it looks a bit "off"?

Dear Maria,

I think that you were judging a bit to fast here, saying that Hamra Aligance has bad frontlegs.
You should know that it is not always like in real what you see on a picture(some times even the ugliest horse can look dame pretty on a picture).
I saw Hamra Aligance several times on a show and i also had a few times a closer look on him, and believe me, there is nothing wrong with the frontlegs, except the visual scares from his accident several years ago.
Linda
Hey John,

I completly agree with you, i love Aligance and there is nothing wrong with his frontlegs, he is just GREAT, he has a beautifull head, powerfull movents, nice body, and a lot of expressión.
If he comes in the ring you can't get your eyes away from him. rolleyes.gif
He even was beating already Psytadel and the typey Om El Extreem.
I would love to see him again in the showring.
Maria
I give up.
I guess I´m the only one putting emphasis on a stallion`s legs, too...
wink.gif
John
Hey Maria,

I didn't say that the legs of a stallion are not important.
But i just wanted to make it clear that Hamra Aligance hasn't bad frontlegs like you saw on the picture.
There is a difference if a horse is born with bad legs or if a horse had an accident which caused some damage on the legs!!!

Greetings,
John
Maria
OK John,

perhaps someone can post a pic of Alligance before his accident in Baden-Baden 1999. That would be very helpfull. The other accident later - I think - is only responsible for the scar/s in his face.

Let´s wait and see. rolleyes.gif

Have a nice day
Maria
Rodania
Well, here it is (I hope!).
Cheers, Betty
Liesbeth
Hey,

Hamra Aligance is standing for the moment at the farm of Frank Sponle so if you guys are so intressted to discuss his frontlegs, just come and have a close look at him before saying anything more. mad.gif

By the way, the picture above you can`t use either because this was in Aachen as a 3 year old, so after his accident. sad.gif
Liesbeth
Sorry, i made a mistake on this picture he is 2, but this picture is anyhow useless because the accident happend during the winter 99, so then he was lets say 1,5 years old.

Sorry for my mistake guys. unsure.gif

Hi,
I am very happy to announce that Ali Valentino arrived to his new home in Ariela Arabians - Israel.
He had very easy trip to Israel. I think he is very happy in his new stall, with the mares and the foals around him.
Hope to send some photos in the next few days.
Big thank-you to Gaby Weixelbaum and Frank Sponle, for making this dream came true.

Liebeth: yes, he is 2 years old in the photo. But I don't see how it is useless.
It was meant to prove that he is perfectly capable of standing straight, and it does that.
Whether he had an accident before this doesn't change anything; it only proves that the accident obviously didn't do anything to his legs.

Betty

Thanks for the "useless" photo which is of course very useful. smile.gif
It proofes what you have said.
Liesbeth
Oeps, there i went wrong sorry unsure.gif ,
I just hope that Maria thinks twice next time before she starts picking on a horse.

Thanks Rodania for the picture.

Shalom,
On Friday I got my first look at Ali Valentino, and all I can say is, "What a
CLASSIC!! Only a photo - not words - can do him justice.
Congratulations, Chen. Valentino will no doubt have a marvelous influence on our SE mares in Israel.
Hora B (Halim Shah I x 216 Haszuna B ex Ansata Nile Pasha) is coming into heat and getting ready for her "first date" later on this week.
All the best,
Tzviah
