Dear Oliver,

this morning opening up my PC and connecting to ''our site'' ...I have found this
extremely beautiful and interesting Bart's report on Kuwait....What can I say....
completely ENCHANTED and captured by the beauty of these horses. Ansata
Hejazi is a true marvel....Gigi was particularly talented (as usual) to capture
the classical beauty of this stalliion and his charisma.
Bart excellent job, I was eagerly waiting to see this report after you anticipated
to me about it, and it is better than my ''best'' expectation. Beautiful also the layout,
(Oliver and Aleksi you are GREAT) but what makes really this report unique is
the beauty of these Arabian horses, to me is a source of ''dream'' and inspiration
to realize that such a beautiful horses are living in those lands where the breed
originanted in the ancients of times. I like to think that these horses have the
same beauty of their Ancestors, so highly prized, treasured, and selected with
such a big love and care , the same way they are preserved, today, by the Middle East
breeders. Congratulations to Mr. Al Marzouk and to all the other breeders in Kuwait.
I do really hope to pay a visit....one day.
Thanks once more Bart,

A nice day to all,

Dear Mr. Mohammed Al Marzouk,
may I take the opportunity to congratulate you.
Not only because you have chosen exquisite horses but more because I am convinced that you are a true horseman and breeder and that you have a vision which you try to achieve. You have travelled a long way in such a short period of time and this is an amazing acomplishment. The Arab world has given us such a great gift - the Arabian horse and it is a relief to see that this horses are now again in the place where they belong. I have already read your book with the greatest joy and interest and now - more than ever - I am convinced that you and the other dedicated breeders in the Middle East have done their homework very well and know exactly what they want to achieve and how to do it.

Dear Mohammed, all grace to you and your hard work in Kuwait. Further a big thank you for being a splendid host, last but not least with affection for being a fantastic - true friend.

Well done Oliver - Aleksi, you really have turned it into an impressive piece, it deserves it as the real thing made the same inpression on me, Thank you for a job excellent done.

To all Forum visitors, consider Kuwait on the map and even better in your diary for a visit! You will not regret it. If thats not in the nearest future possible then I think Mr. Mohammed Al Marzook will forward you with pleasure his new video from Ansata Hejazi done by the artistic hands of Gigi Grasso. The video is a masterpiece by itself, not speaking about the horses on it!

A more extensive report on Kuwait will be published in the Arabian Horse World september issue, were a brief information is given by each one of the different breeders. Also you will find their publicities made by the breeders, including their contact information. Kuwaitis are very hospitable and will be honnered to answer what ever question you might have, don't hesitate to contact them.

Thank you for the nice compliments, the pleasure believe me was all mine! biggrin.gif

Best Regards, Bart.

Dear Mohammad Al Marzouk,

What a pleasure it is to read about your breeding program and your wonderful stallion, Ansata Hejazi. I had the pleasure of knowing him at Ansata (USA) when he was a young colt and up until he left. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to have bred my mare to him before he left. We had a beautiful Hejazi filly named Antara Shalima. You are so lucky to have Hejazi. I think he will be as GREAT a stallion as his sire Ansata Halim Shah. Sure wish he was still here in the USA. I'm very happy for Kuwait and all the breeders in that area who will have access to him. May he live a long and healthy life with you.
On the other hand we have bred our mare to his son Ansata Malik Shah. He will have big shoes to fill that is for sure.
Wish you all the best and your path has been choosen for great success with Ansata Hejazi.

Sven van Kuijk
Dear Mohammed,

Mabrouk for your wonderful horses, I was lucky enough to see Hejazi in the flesh in KY in 1999, he is one of the most impressing stallions I have ever seen. I am sure he looks even better now he has matured and "dried up" more.
It is with great joy to see you have accomplished so much in such a short time.
It would be an honour to visit Kuwait. As an artist I can tell you that Hejazi is the stuff that inspiration is made of.

Best wishes, Sven

Bart, well done!!! Great report! Thank you.

Dear Mr. Usamah Ezzain,

I had already the chance (like many other friends, in this forum) to send Mr. Al Marzouk
and all the other breeders in Kuwait, our congratulations for the beauty of your Arabian
Horses and the breeding programme you are with such a big dedication, carry on, in
your Country. And we have already congratulated our friend Bart, for this complete,
and beautiful report a real joy for our eyes and a way to learn something more about
your horses. I am sure that for all Arabian Horse enthusiasts it is important to know
that the true/original/ Arabian horse type is living a wonderful ''Renaissance'' period
in Middle East , in those Countries where this unique horse breed had its origin in
the ancient/ancient times. The Islamic Culture and Civilization kept Arabian Horses
in such a great consideration all over the centuries, and Culture/Civilization/Arabian Horses
had such a strong connection and linkeage and this aspect is so fascinating for us,
from the West, so much interested to study and learn about the Arabian Horse breed
as well as the great Culture and Civilization around these magnificent creatures. We
do really hope that you, Mr. Ezzaim, as well as other breeders in Kuwait, will contine
to visit this forum and keep us informed (also posting beautiful pictures of your horses
these will be ...extremely appreciated), Mr. Al Markouk is a frequent visitor of this forum
and hope we will continue to do so.
I hope to have the chance to come and visit your Country and see, from real, your
fantastic horses and in the meantime, my best wishes to all of you

Dandash and everyone responding to the web report of Kuwait by Bart:

YOU HAVE TO GET THE SEPTEMBER ISSUE OF ARABIAN HORSE WORLD!!!!!!!!!

Inside this issue, is Bart's complete report of the Arabian Horse Center, Al Sharq, Al Jazira, Al Safinat, Ajmal, El Adiyat, Ezzain. There is so much information! IT IS JUST AWESOME, including a very expressive photo of Ansata Al Murtajiz, the Ansata Hejazi son that is the chief sire at Ezzain Stud. Some of the photos that you see here are also included in Arabian Horse World, however, the magazine has different photos too, including the photos in the advertising of each stud.

I am really loving this wonderful, informative article and learning of the great love that Kuwait has for the Egyptian Arabian Horse. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Aleksi,

thanks for posting this photo. Almurtajiz is a beutiful stallion and he is proving to be
also an excellent sire. I like this photo because it is, in a way, an ''unusual one'',
it gives the idea of Arabian Horse Spirit, his selfconsciussness to be a Special
Creature, and a very special Gift manking had, as a continuous source of joy and
inspiration. CONGRATULATIONS to Usamah for this Stallion, as well as, for all
the other horses in his stud farm.

Paola

Ralph, you are right, a visit to Kuwait just to see on the flesh all these beauties
it's a.....A MUST!
Jenny
Ansata Al Murtajiz looks great but his son looks so lovely too. It is amazing that you in Kuwait not only have selected such fantastic horses but also show us that you are such talented breeders by producing outstanding next generations. It issuch a great feeling to know that finally the Arabian horse is "at home" again and has not only a rich past but a glorious future ahead.
paola marinangeli
Dear Jenny,
I agree with you, in full. With my ''little'' knowledges of Arabian horses (being only
a big enthusiast and an artist), trying to learn step by step, something more about
this breed and looking around at the Arabian Horse situation worldwide, I have the
opinion that Arabian Horses breeders in the Middle East Countries have the great
privilege to have, in their own DNA, the ''art of breeding'' and this is reflected
in their fantastic production - they have at disposal fantastic horses coming from
Europe or USA....this is true, but they are able to ''perpetuate'' in the future generations,
borned in their Countries, the quality of these great horses they bought in Europe or USA
or Australia...in saying this I want, first to congratulate those European breeders
(like for example Dr. Nagel) who provided us with such a great knowledges and
fantastic horses and then, congratulate (once more) the breeders in Kuwait, Qatar, UAE,Jordan EGYPT who are perpetuating the tradition of the ''Art breeding''
that is (as already said) inside them because of their glorious and rich past.....now becaming a "glorious and rich future'' .

Paola
