Hallo,

We are very happy and proud to announce that we just purchased the wonderful old gentleman Malim II.

He is bred by Prof. Kayser (JKB Arabians).
As a younger horse he has been ridden successfully on endurance races as did some of his offspring.
As the icing on the cake he has this wonderful liver chestnut colour with lighter mane that you expect from that great damline.

With his hight of 1,56m and his strong body and legs, long neck and classic type he combines the Arabian characeristics of athleticism and unmistakable type that we want to preserve.

The last ten years he was hidden away. Now we hope that he will be able to sire some more foals out of our mainly Gleannloch and Ansata bred mares as well as some outside mares to carry on this precious blood.

Photos will follow soon as we will pick him up next week....

Pedigree:

Sire: Mahees (Ruminaja Ali x AK Dareeba by Ibn Moniet el Nefous)
Dam: JKB Monahalima (Ansata ibn Halima x JKB bint Mamdouha (Kaisoon x Moneera))

Please keep on posting infos on the Moneera family!!!

I too would love to see pictures! My own mare is tail-female to Moneera so I have a great fondess for this line. Her mother was a Moneera grand-daughter and one of the most beautiful creatures I have ever seen.

It is remarkable to see how much your stallion resembles the chestnut Moneera-type. Even the colour is very much like the true Moneera colour. May I ask, do you have photos of his dam to share with us ? May I ask, is your stallion available at public services ?

Good-luck !

Hi Peter,

I always adored that line of Moneera and when by coincidence I came across Malim I could not resist him. And his sire being a fullbrother in blood to Classic Dahra (dam of Authentic Dahman) is the icing on the cake!
Unfortunately I do not have any picture of JKB Monahalima and JKB bint Mamdouha. So if anyone could help out that would be fantastic.
Malim is standing at public stud and regarding the fact that he is already 19 years old I hope that he will get the chance to produce some foals the next years. Especially as he was rather used in sports and not really as a breeding stallion the last 12 years.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for further details!
