the strain wich made famous Dr.Nagel is for sure the Abeyyan Om Jurays
trough Mahdia-Mahroussa(Inshass) line from his foundation mare Hanan since today broodmare Narriman
the second famous line from Khatarinenhof Dr.Nagel's stud is the Hadban Enzahi
trough Bint Kamla line from the late Lutfia since today broodmares Nabeelah and Nadirah sisters out of the great Nashua.
Also the Dhaman Shahwan strain of the Bukra line is present at his stud of mares from Ansata like Helala and Ken Ranya.

To me best rappresentative horses from this program where Jamil and Ghazala from the lates and Hafid Jamil with his son Jamaal El Dine and Nadirah from today horses.

But don´t forget the Siglawi strain from Moniet el Nefous through Mahiba, Sabah, Mona II and the other Abbayan strain through Marah. Mara´s line dont longer exist at Dr. Nagel´s stud, but the Mahiba Family is present through NK Oteyba (Salaa el Dine x Sanana-Myrna-Raya del Sol-Bint Moniet el Nefous), NK Taj el Dine (Salaa el Dine x Momtaza by Ibn Nejdy out of Sanaya-Malaka-Kis Mahiba-Mahiba) and the mare NK Layla (Salaa el Dine x Sanaya).

My most impressiv horse i see on the stud by H.J.Nagel is Jamal el Dine(out of Ansata Ken Ranya, by Hafid Jamil)!
I saw him - there he was a young colt- he was the very nice and strong!

Hafid Jamil is really stunning!!! I would love to see a video of him in motion!

Dr. Nagel imported so many good horses to Germany and many of them became foundation horses for other farms as well:
*Ibn Galal came to the Katharinenhof and later was sold to the Poth family
*Marah came to the Katharinenhof/then to Poths as well
*Taghreed (dam of WorldChampionMare Tiffaha) was sold to El Thayeba Stud
*Ghalion came to Babolna

*Ansata Gloriana founded her own dynasty at Katharinenhof through Helala

dr.nagel is definitely an artist in life as well as in breeding and i am very honoured to be his freind as well as the owner of few super equine samples he managed to breed elegantly.he definitely produced some super horses and still maintaining that and no doubt some horses mentioned by participants are the proove.JAMILL EZZAIN OUT OF HAFID JAMIL

Thank you so much for sharing these photos. The look and athleticism of these horses is what I want to breed toward in my herd. It is so nice to see what the good breeding programs could produce and pass on several generations later.

I am trying to find more of the German SE lines to use in my breeding program and to test all the breeding stock to make sure only the best breed on. I have a few German bred SE mares to use this year so next year I will see how my goals turned out but they are not of the same lines as Dr. Nagel's horses.

I have attached a photo of my stallion, El Gamill who is by *Jamill and out of *Akulah.
