Something is wrong with the points, I can't believe that Al Nadir have the highest score with 365 and Eternity just 283, are you sure?
NancyGuest
Yes, it's normal. There was four judges for the junior classes. On sunday morning (during the class of Eternity) there were only three judges who give points

Do you have photos of the danish horses ?
Azraf El Karmdal ?
Ferdinand Huemer
Your complaint that I have judged a homebred horse is simple not true. Which horse should this have been?
There is no rule that a judge cannot judge a horse which is an offspring of one of his own horses.
Before you talk about something unfair you perhaps should have a look to the results of my judgement, my points and my ranking in the championship which are official in any way. Only as soon as something there looks incorrect, you have a right to use the word "unfair". I know exactely that this never has been the case.
Ferdinand Huemer
frederikGuest
I anyway want to ask something?

Do the ecaho rules allowe it that there is a championship, without trotting?????
And is it normal that the senios mare championship class was only judged by 3 judges, and the senior stallion championships were only judged by 2 judges.

For me this is all a bit strange,

Can somebody give me some information about this.
aliaalhussein
In fairness to Mr Huemer, he actually gave less than the other judges to the horses by his stallion, if I remember rightly. There is no rule about not judging offspring of your own horses as long as you are not the breeder of the horse in front of you. Unless they are the spitting image of the parent you wouldn`t have any idea who they were anyway. I think Mr Santoro had to leave to catch his flight if there were indeed only three judges for the senoir Champs, but I thought that three judged the stallions AND mares. There are always technical and logistical problems with organizing shows but Mrs Smarius and the Kuijfs always put so much into their endeavours that it ran as smoothly as possible and honestly had the charming and friendly atmosphere one has come to expect there in spite of the unforeseeable problems they had to cope with behind the scenes. I didn`t envy them their job there!!! blink.gif Alia
frederikGuest
I am 100 procent sure, that for the last championships, that there were only 2 judges left. Well i very sorry that mr santoro had to catch his flight, but than there was a real lack of organisation, because the championships were actually only planned at 16.30.

And what´s about the trotting in the championships, why was it this year different then all the other years, i don`t even think that this was written down in the catalogue.
I think this was really unfair fir some horses, for example the 3 years old filly who won here class, didn`t even make it in the top 5 because she didn`t have the chance to show her great movements.
Guest
the championchips where not how it should be, the organisers, speaker made a mistake(s).... they should have done it or, like in previous years, just 1st and second qualif or like in Aachen last year, so starting at 2.00 so EVERY horse has the chance to show himself on his best, including movements..... at the end we all learned from this mistakes and I hope ECAHO took lessons from this and can make it better next time, tulip cup deserves to be one off the most beautiful shows in europe!
Bea
Can anybody tell me the placings of the TOP FIVE?
I have looked at the Tulip Cup website but they are not yet online.

Thanks,
Bea
