The collection of mares at Al Rayyan is so overwhelming, especially the quality of the Dahmah Shawaniyahs that to think about the potential and the horses that can be created, just boggles and fries the brain smile.gif It's enormous!!

What impresses me about Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al Thani is not that he has assembled an awesome collection of horses, it is that he is a very focused, very studious man and this is evident in the quality of the offspring that Al Rayyan is producing.

I was looking at the newest article on this website, Qatar 2005 and as I looked at all the wonderful pictures, I found this picture of Ansata Majesta's colt foal, sired by Ansata Nile Pasha. It's hard to say that a colt or filly is incredible as time and the different evolutions will either confirm or deny this statement but I just like the body of this colt so much, that I HAD to say something about him.

Christian Kessebohmer, I am so glad that you sent Ansata Nile Pasha to Qatar. I felt that this horse had such a GIANT opportunity to make a difference with the spectacular Al Rayyan broodmare band.

And Sheikh Abdul Aziz Al Thani and Bart Van Buggenhout, CONGRATULATIONS and praises for your visions, to breed such wonderful Arabians. It brings much joy to see such beauty in a sometimes not so beautiful world!

Seeing pictures of Zeer Al Rayyan and this Ansata Majesta colt has really brought much happiness to me today and reaffirms the statements made of "the promise for the future".

Hi Ralph,

Yes, you are "right on" in your praise of these incredible Al Rayyan horses. They are absolutely stunning!! rolleyes.gif

It will be fascinating to see how Ansata Nile Pasha's foal develop, but what a head-start they have with such gorgeous Mamas!!
Little Bint Farida will be a great beauty, I predict, and her half-brother out of Majesta will be surely one to watch out for in the coming years.

I agree with you also about Zeer Al Rayyan. What an amazingly beautiful, and beautifully balanced young colt he is.
Daniel, once Marbach is done with him, he is very welcome here in Australia!!

These Arabians are a credit to their breeder, their caretakers and also to those skillful breeders who laid the foundation for such youngsters - Ansata, Dr Nagel,
Ruminaja, Marbach, Gleannloch et al. Their legacy is bearing beautiful fruit.

I loved the pics of Zeer Al Rayyan, a truly beautiful little colt with the sweetest little head and loveliest eyes! He's going to grow up into a fine young stallion, you can see it in him in every pic!
