I know for sure, that Carola Toischel took some very good photos of Halim Witez while he was in Germany. Contact her.

I have a video copy of the Liberty Class preliminary and finals when Halim Witez won... it is just incredible.... would loved to have been there in those days! What a character!

WOW. All these years later and I realize that Rosebud, was a daughter of the Babson mare, Rose of Egypt. My mare's dam, Rose of Masada is also a daughter of Rose of Egypt. I like the Ofir sire line through Witez II very much. This stallion has 3 lines to Ofir, two through Witez II and one through the Ofir daughter, Wierna. Add Trypolis and the great mare, Federacja. What an interesting pedigree, to combine this blood with Babson (we know how well this combination worked, as we have the horses through Fadheilan: Fadjur and Khemosabi. Did I ever tell you how much I love this breed?
