I have used this product before but I want to give it to my horse that is being shown this year.
On the manufacturers website it says it is useful for horses on the race circuit...... so I am taking it that it is free from prohibited substances? Can anyone confirm this??

ok so no replies, so, can anyone tell me where I can get a list of forbidden substances??? I have checked out the Ecaho website and e mailed them but no reply???

You could try contacting the FEI and asking them directly about vi-sorbin, their website is at:- and there should be a contact email address.

The FEI veterinary regulations, including test procedures etc, can be found here:-

Hope this helps a little! biggrin.gif

Thanks Mike, I have sent them an email.

vi-sorbin only contains b-vitamins, folic acid, iron and sorbitol. these are included in most vitamin/mineral supplements and in complete feed cubes/mixes. contact pfizer uk for "no banned substance" confirmation, tel. 01304 625299
