I would also like to share with you a picture of her daughter Abraxas Bint Abu (Abraxas Abu Hilal x Abraxas Halamaa) who we are retaining for our breeding herd.
Debra Nowak
I would also like to share with you the mother of Halamaa and the grandmother of Bint Abu--- BA Halamet (El Halimaar x Bint Bint Hamamaa). She is the only blending of these bloodlines and has been a very special mare of our breeding program.

Here is one more photo of BA Halamet!!

No kidding Suellen - I wanted to see all of Marion's horses but can't find her website... I looked up SimeonStud.com but it was someone else's website I think... Do you know the URL for her stud?

Congratulations guys! Very exciting times ahead for SE breeding in Australia. My list of "must see" horses is getting longer and longer... poor me, life's so hard wink.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

Carol, the last I heard Simeon's website was being updated, and as far as I know it still hasn't happened. If you contact Marion directly I am sure she will send you lots of brochures with piccies of the horses.

Okay - that is what I'm going to do... Thanks!!!

Many congratulations Debra—that's very exciting for you.

Marion doesn't have a web site. I will be staying with her in a couple of weeks, so I'll try and take some photos and videos of her horses.

Congratulaions to the new owners of this exquisite mare.
Australia has and always will have some of the worlds top Arabian horses.
It is just a pity that it is so isolated that not so many people get there to view them.
Australia is well worth a look if you are in the market for a new Arabian.

Congratulations Debra on the sale and to the new owners. Good news for Australia too. Is the mare coming in foal, are you allowed to disclose that?

Thank you everyone for your kind words!
We will miss both the sisters Habielaa and Halamaa but are delighted they are with wonderful breeders. Helen has a new colt Sahrae Al Saba (Imperial Madaar x Simeon Siboni by Asfour, that will make a lovely cross. We look forward to beautiful
babies!!
Best Wishes

Dear All

We are very happy to have Abraxas Halamaa join us in Australia. She is a beautiful mare and we are really looking forward to the future. As Deb posted earlier our colt, Sahrae Al Saba is to be bred with Halamaa next year (he is too young this year) and we are really looking forward to this. Halamaa is still in quarantine and we can't wait to have her home. This year we hope to breed her to the exquisite SE Ruminaja Ali son, PVA Sonbali.

Thank you to Deb and Emil for enabling us to purchase this mare. We are very excited about the future.

Cheers

What a gorgeous mare to come to australia, congratulations

Nice to see you got a real pretty mare for the Madaar colt, he was a little plain from memory and will hopefully go well with the mare, one can hope anyway, good wishes for them all, what a great way to restart a stud

cheers

The colt is double Madaar too, as his dam Siboni is out of Sippora (Safanad's only foal by Madaar).
I've met Siboni's two full sisters, they are both gorgeous and have amazing movement, so Siboni must be gorgeous too. Must be a nice colt.
Al Sahrae Arabians
Thanks all for your comments. Terry, you must have seen my colt some time ago when he was much younger and going through growth stages. He is maturing into a very beautiful, tall colt with amazing movement, a very pretty face and a temperament to die for. You can't ask for a sweeter boy. He is so placid and gentle and is such a pleasure to be around. I will post some pictures of him once he has lost his winter coat.

We are very lucky to have some really lovely horses as part of our stud as we have only been in this industry for such a short time. We are truly excited about the future.

Cheers
Helen

Congratulations Helen & Andy, it is always wonderful to see new blood brought into Aust. Your up & coming colt also sounds wonderful and offering something different with 2 crosses to Imp Madaar. I wish all the best in the coming years and commend you for doing something different .Terry I hope you follow this young colt for often a SE will take time to come into their own and if one is used to seeing the finnished product it can be easily over looked.
