FACTS

As his name implies Simeon Stav was born in Australia, at the same stud as World and U.S. National Champion Simeon Shai and Australian and World Reserve Champion Simeon Sadik. All three stallions not only share the same birthplace but also the same dam - Sadik and Stav are even full brothers. In a limited showcareer Stav himself was successful at many events as a youngster but then he was busy to fullfil his duties as the herd sire of Pearson View Arabians. His fabulous young son Stavs Kru Sayd (x Simeon Shaina) is just one of the reasons why so many breeders are sending their mares to Simeon Stav.

PEDIGREE

Stav's pedigree is a blend of the most successful and sought-after bloodlines of America, Hungary, Germany and Australia. Within a short period of time his sire Asfour made himself a household name in Arabian circles. He is known for his extreme type and presence and for passing this traits on to his get. The ultra-refined Stav is no exception to this rule! His recently passed away dam, the famous Simeon Safanad, gave birth to one first-class foal after another. Stav’s full siblings have won important shows on three different continents! You can read more about Stav's dam

PERSONALITY

No doubt about it, Stav is an Arabian horse. In fact, for many he is the epitome of Arabian type! Without him there would be no Pearsons View. 1992 was Stav’s fateful year. After serious colics he had to undergo surgery and only made a narrow escape. Since then, Stav doesn’t leave the stud anymore and is no longer presented at shows. Whoever wants to see him has to come to
